Graphic Studio Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
GraphicStudio.com (the Site) is a website operated by Graphic Studio Inc. (Graphic Studio).
These Graphic Studio terms and conditions (Graphic Studio Terms) apply to users of the Site.
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Graphic Studio Terms and agree to comply with them.
Graphic Studio may amend these Terms from time to time.
You should also read Graphic Studio’s Privacy Policy, which sets out how Graphic Studio collects, uses, and processes your personal information.
2. Additional Terms
Additional terms and conditions may apply in specific situations, such as using gift cards or participating in promotions.
Separate agreements govern the use of business-to-business sales platforms.
3. Language
The English version of these Graphic Studio Terms will take precedence over any translations.
4. Accepting & Complying with these Graphic Studio Terms
If you are using the Site or ordering products on behalf of your employer or another person, you must have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
Each party warrants that it has the necessary licenses, consents, and permissions to fulfill its obligations under these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that anyone accessing the Site through your internet connection or on your behalf is aware of and complies with these Terms, Graphic Studio’s Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms.
5. Descriptions & Images of Products
Products will be materially as described and pictured in your Design.
Keep in mind that colors may display differently on different monitors and screens.
The final product may vary slightly in color from the images.
The ordered products may differ from the descriptions or images on the Site due to customizations you have made, such as color changes or added logos.
Final dimensions and layout of print products may vary slightly from the images.
6. Ordering Products
It is recommended to review the Design guidelines in Graphic Studio’s Help Center before creating your Design.
You can request to order products by adding them to your online shopping basket (Online Basket) after selecting the products and Design on the Site.
Your Online Basket will show the type and quantity of products you are requesting, along with the Delivery Information. You can check and amend any errors before submitting.
Submitting your Online Basket is a request to order the products in your Online Basket.
Graphic Studio will send you an acknowledgment email after you submit your order.
Advertising products on the Site does not oblige Graphic Studio to accept your order. Graphic Studio may reject any order without providing a reason.
Graphic Studio’s acceptance of your order occurs only when it sends an order confirmation email with an order number (Order Confirmation).
If Graphic Studio cannot supply you with the products, they will inform you and will not process your order.
If you have already paid, Graphic Studio will discuss substitute options or refund the full amount charged if no substitute is agreed upon.
Each order is subject to these Graphic Studio Terms.

7. Your Account
To place an order, you must create an Account using your email address and a password (Account Login).
Keep your Account Login confidential.
Notify Graphic Studio immediately if you suspect someone else knows your Account Login.
Graphic Studio may disable your Account Login or terminate your Account at any time, particularly if you fail to comply with these Terms.
You are responsible for anything that happens under your Account, including any placed orders.
8. Price of Products & Shipping Charges
Graphic Studio’s Standard Prices are listed on the Site.
Standard Prices do not include Shipping Charges, which are displayed during checkout before order submission.
Prices and fees on the Site exclude Sales Tax, which will be added at checkout based on the delivery location.
The total amount payable will be shown in your Online Basket when you submit your order.
Graphic Studio endeavors to ensure prices are accurate.
If a pricing error is discovered, Graphic Studio will contact you to either continue the purchase at the correct price or cancel the order.
If Graphic Studio is unable to contact you, they will cancel the order, notify you, and refund any payments made.
9. Payment
You can pay by any method shown at the time of ordering.
All amounts due must be paid in full without any set-off, counterclaim, deduction, or withholding, except for legally required tax deductions.
10. Delivery and Ownership
Products will be shipped by regular mail unless a faster option is selected.
Graphic Studio will provide estimated delivery dates.
Estimated delivery dates are approximate, and Graphic Studio is not liable for delays.
Graphic Studio may split an order into multiple shipments.
Provide accurate Delivery Information, including a single delivery address.
Graphic Studio may adjust the delivery address to the closest match recognized by the carrier if the provided address is not recognized.
Delivery is complete upon delivery to the specified address, and ownership and responsibility transfer to you at that time.
If you fail to accept delivery within 10 Business Days of notification, Graphic Studio may dispose of the products without a refund.
11. International Delivery
There may be delivery restrictions based on product and destination.
Graphic Studio may reject orders based on delivery location.
Orders shipped outside the US or Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes.
You are responsible for paying any import duties and taxes.
Comply with all applicable laws of the destination country.
Graphic Studio is not liable for any law violations.
12. Cancellation
Orders are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Contact Graphic Studio immediately if you wish to cancel an order.
Graphic Studio will consider cancellation requests received before order processing begins but has the final decision on whether to accept cancellation.
13. Limited Warranty
Contact Graphic Studio if there is an issue with the products.
Graphic Studio warrants that products will materially conform to the Design and specifications on the Site at the time of the Order.
You can reject non-compliant products by notifying Graphic Studio within 5 Business Days of delivery, cooperating with their requests for information and evidence, and returning the products if requested.
Failure to provide timely notice of rejection will be deemed acceptance of the products as is.
Graphic Studio will, at its option, modify, repair, replace, or refund defective products.
Graphic Studio is not liable for warranty breaches if:
You continue to use the products after notifying Graphic Studio.
The defect arises from your failure to follow instructions.
The defect results from using Customer Assets or following your instructions.
You alter or repair the products without consent.
The defect arises from normal wear and tear, damage, negligence, or abnormal storage.
Product differences result from changes made to comply with applicable laws.
This clause outlines Graphic Studio's sole obligations and your sole remedy for warranty breaches.19
The warranty also applies to repaired or replacement products.
14. The Graphic Studio Promise
The Graphic Studio Promise described on the Site is not a contractual guarantee.
It represents Graphic Studio’s commitment to accurate order fulfillment but is subject to their discretion and cannot be invoked for errors on your part.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your instructions to Graphic Studio.
This clause does not affect consumer rights under applicable laws.
15. Events Outside Our Control
Graphic Studio is not responsible for delays or breaches caused by events beyond their control, including supplier delays, delivery issues, natural disasters, or similar situations.
16. Site Updates and Suspending or Withdrawing the Site or Products
Graphic Studio may modify the Site at any time.
The Site is provided free of charge, but availability is not guaranteed.
Graphic Studio may suspend, withdraw, or restrict Site access.23
